Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Within 14 days of your first payment, contact us and we'll issue a refund. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy.

Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Lemon Squeezy, and PayPal where available. For Enterprise, we accept invoiced bank transfers.

Do my customers pay anything or sign up?
No. The loader your customers install is completely free, with no account or signup. Only you, the developer protecting the code, need a plan.
