Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Oxrion ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you ("you", "the user") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Oxrion provides PHP source code protection delivered as a cloud service, including the Oxrion Cloud platform, free Recovery and Licenser tools, and a runtime loader. These Terms apply to all of these products.
2. Account
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent, to create an account.
2.2 Account security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@oxrion.com of any unauthorized access.
2.3 Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.
3. Payment
3.1 Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.
3.2 Merchant of Record
Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, billing, and tax collection as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms in addition to these Terms.
3.3 Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
3.4 Taxes
Displayed prices may not include applicable taxes. Lemon Squeezy may collect VAT, GST, or sales tax based on your location, as required by law.
4. Refund policy
Within 14 days of your first payment, contact us at support@oxrion.com for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds for subsequent renewals are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
5. License grant
Oxrion is delivered as a cloud service. Subject to your plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.
- The Oxrion Cloud platform (where you protect, recover, and license your code) is accessed online. You may use it to protect code you own or have the right to protect. You may not resell or provide access to the Cloud platform itself as a service to third parties without our written permission.
- The free Recovery and Licenser tools are provided for your own use under the same terms.
- The Loader (the runtime component required to execute protected code) may be distributed to your end users and deployed on servers solely as needed to run code you have protected with Oxrion.
This license lasts for the duration of your access to the Service. It does not transfer any ownership of the Oxrion software to you.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Your code
Your source code remains entirely yours. We do not claim ownership of any files you protect or upload. We do not access, use, or share your source code except as strictly necessary to provide the Service (for example, processing a file you submit for protection).
6.2 Our software
The Oxrion software, including the Cloud platform, Loader, SDK, tools, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or the Loader, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Use the Service to protect, distribute, or conceal unlawful, malicious, or infringing code (including malware, or code that violates the rights of others).
- Resell or provide access to the Oxrion Cloud platform as a service to third parties without our explicit written permission.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage quotas, rate limits, or license restrictions.
- Use the Service in a way that harms, overloads, or disrupts our infrastructure or other users.
8. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of significant planned downtime.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon termination, your access to the Service is removed. Code you have already protected continues to function, subject to your plan's file lifetime policy and the continued availability of the Loader. We may delete account data following termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to you.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and on this page, and will take effect on the date indicated. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
