Oxrion Software License

1. What this covers

This license applies to the software Oxrion ("we", "us") publishes for you to install: Oxrion Desktop, the Oxrion CLI and the Oxrion loader, including updates (together, "the Software"). By installing or using the Software, you accept this license. If you don't accept it, don't install or use the Software.

Protecting files with the encoder service also needs an Oxrion account, which is covered by our Terms of Service. Licenses you issue to your own customers with the Software are between you and them.

2. What you may do

We give you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license, which you can't transfer, to:

• install and use Oxrion Desktop and the Oxrion CLI on as many computers as you like;
• install and use the Oxrion loader on as many servers as you like, to run files protected with Oxrion.

3. Giving the loader to others

You may give the unmodified Oxrion loader, free of charge, to your customers and to hosting providers, so they can run files protected with Oxrion — for example by including it with your product or pointing them to our download page. Hosting providers may pre-install it on their servers. Anyone who receives the loader receives it under this license.

4. What you may not do

You may not:

• reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except where applicable law allows it despite this restriction;
• modify the Software, or distribute a modified version;
• use the Software, or knowledge of how it works, to build an encoder, loader or other tool that produces or runs files in Oxrion's format, or that removes or bypasses Oxrion protection;
• remove or bypass the protection of files protected with Oxrion, other than restoring your own files with your own recovery key;
• sell or rent the Software itself, or charge for the loader;
• remove copyright or license notices from the Software.

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We, and our licensors, own the Software and all rights in it, including the Oxrion name and logo. This license gives you no rights except those written here.

6. Third-party components

The Software includes open-source components. They are licensed under their own terms, which are included with the Software, and nothing in this license limits your rights under those terms.

7. No warranty, limited liability

The Software is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software, or from being unable to use it. Nothing in this license limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. End of this license

This license ends automatically if you break it; you must then stop using and distributing the Software. Sections 4 to 9 continue to apply after it ends.

9. Governing law

This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country.
